All the apartments are fully furnished and have a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator and gas stove. Category A apartments have one double bedroom (with Air Conditioning), one living room with sofa bed, and one bathroom. CALIFORNIA style apartment has two double bedrooms, one living room (with Air Conditioning), separate kitchen, one bathroom. Category B apartments have two double bedrooms, one living room (with Air Conditioning), and one bathroom. Category B+ apartments have two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, all with Air Conditioning, one living room with sofa bed, and two bathrooms. Category C apartments have three double bedrooms (with Air Conditioning), one living room with sofa bed, and two bathrooms. Category C+ apartments have three double bedrooms (with Air Conditioning), one single bedroom, one living room with sofa bed, and two bathrooms. Category D apartments have four bedrooms (two with Air Conditioning), one living room with sofa bed and three bathrooms. -- Note: Air Conditioning is available in summer.

12% of the base rental price on three weeks vacations;
22% of the base rental price on four weeks vacations or longer.
Other charges:
Overheads (electricity, water, gas): Euro 20.00 per person per week (obligatory);
Cleaning on departure (obligatory): Euro 50.00 per apartment for type A and B; Euro 60 fot type B+, C and C+; Euro 80 for type D
Security deposit: Euro 250.00 per apartment (obligatory);
Cradle: Euro 20.00 per week (upon reservation);
Bed linens: Euro 7.00 per person per change (upon reservation);
Bath towels: Euro 10.00 per set (upon reservation).
Payments:
50% on booking (bank transfer or sending traveller's cheques) - 50% on arrival (cash or traveller cheques).
